The Wallowa Mountains have been on my bucket list of things to see for a while. Nestled in the northeast corner of Oregon, the Wallowas didn’t fall short of my expectations. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a glassy lake with stunning cloud reflections. Later that night I was treated to a moonless sky, which lead to the opportunity to shoot some star trails. After visiting Wallowa Lake and the small town of Joseph, Oregon, it’s easy to see why this place is considered on of the most beautiful places to visit in the Pacific Northwest!
